Genelle is a highly experienced business professional with more than 20 years’ experience building and managing client relationships across the banking, business support and education sectors. She combines commercial insight with practical experience supporting businesses at different stages of growth and international expansion.
In the private sector, Genelle works with UK and international businesses looking to grow, enter new markets and establish operations. She has supported international clients seeking to establish a presence in the UK and globally, connecting their requirements with Gateley Global’s market-entry and business growth services. Her experience includes market entry and subsidiary set-up, UK business bank account opening, equity funding and helping businesses navigate the practical requirements associated with establishing and growing in a new market.
Genelle also brings significant public sector experience. Since joining Gateley Global in March 2023, she has supported the delivery of key client objectives, including work on the Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) Growth Works Equity Funding Program. Her wider expertise includes business support programme design and delivery, programme management and PMO, investment attraction, key account management, impact assessment and programme review.
A qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, Genelle has also supported businesses across sectors including FinTech and AgriTech to access equity funding to accelerate their growth.
